4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, delivery fees, and other charges may apply and will be added to the total price at checkout. Payments for orders are processed via Stripe/PayPal and must be made in full before delivery is arranged.
5. Orders and Cancellations
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there are issues with stock or payment.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After that, cancellations are not accepted, and a cancellation fee may apply. 6. Delivery
Delivery Areas: We offer delivery to Australia. Delivery charges vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Remote areas may incur an extra fee.
Delivery Times: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or transportation issues.
Delivery Issues: If your hamper is damaged or the wrong items are delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can address the issue.
7. Substitutions
Due to availability or seasonal changes, we may need to substitute some items in your hamper. We will aim to replace any unavailable items with similar products of equal or greater value. If a substitution is not possible, we will notify you prior to dispatch.
8. Refunds and Returns
We do not accept returns of food items due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, if there is a problem with your order (such as damaged goods or incorrect items), we will offer a refund or replacement after assessing the situation. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
